Always the best service, even when being told what treatment is needed, options are given along with time to decide what is best for you (even if the options aren't necessarily what you would like to hear, they are always really supportive) I've had a lot of work completed over the past two years with the support of Abbey House Dental and my teeth are the best they can be for how they are. My daughter literally runs into the room and jumps on the chair for her teeth to be checked which says a lot about the care received from them.
Excellent, reception staff made us feel very welcome. Dentist carried out a extremely thorough examination. Non pushy gave us the results and excellent advice. The building was immaculate and seemed to be very well equipped.Top notch.

Clare is a first rate dentist.her manner puts you at easy straight away..I had a filling replacement and I didn't even feel the. Numbing injection.The treatment room is spotless and bang up to date .This dentist is the reason I went on the platinum plan

The best dentists in the world live here! It's a fact, if you don't use ABBEY HOUSE DENTAL, you are missing out.I snapped a crowned tooth off at the gum line, yes one at the front. Crestfallen, I rang for help and was given an early appointment the very next day.I turned up fearing the worst and received the best news. My dentist Milan, proposed to glue the crown back in place supported with backup plans B and C if necessary.Plan A worked with no need for any further surgery, my smile is restored to 100% and my bank balance is healthy as well. Abbey House was most definitely the right choice for me and always excellent service. Dr Atta Khan has done an amazing job through a number of treatments and Invisalign transforming my smile leaving my teeth healthy, white and very straight.I would highly recommend, especially for anyone that has had a poor experience with other dentists in their time or get scared and anxious. Atta and his team always made me feel safe and looked after. Special call out to Christie who undoubtedly made an appearance every visit, checked in on me and was my little cheerleader on my journey.

Just went for a check up today. Everything went well. Jaz explained everything whilst looking at x-rays on the screen, which makes it easy to understand what work may need doing on my teeth. Lovely, bright comfortable surroundings. I'm glad they have introduced two higher, chairs, like stylish 'dining' type chairs in the waiting room as both my husband and I have bad backs and can't get out of the armchairs!
Visited Farman & Megan in Festival Park this morning having booked a last minute emergency appointment. Practice is like being in a hotel spa. They were able to pin point the issue and take me straight away for root canal treatment. Excellent service
I was a little nervous however from the lovely receptionist to the dentist Jaz and delightful Gemma who sorted out payment options they were all so lovely. They talked me through each procedure and what my options were at every stage and never put pressure on me at any point. I was recommended to them from my son and also others so really glad I have now been.I had my treatment yesterday 20,2,24. I was nervous and had 2 1/2 hours on dentist chair. They were all lovely and I felt no pain at all until the anesthetic wore off during the evening. I have recently had dental treatment for implants and needless to say a little concerned about the treatment. I didn’t have to be concerned at all. The procedure was fully explained to me and carried out by a very professional team, who reassured me with their kindness and thoughtful attitude. I can honestly say it really was a painless experience and I wish to thank all the staff, and cannot recommended this Dental Practice enough.
My 12 year old daughter was referred here for an extraction as she has a huge fear of dental work now following trauma to her teeth from a young age. She needed sedation and was nervous as anything. All the staff were absolutely brilliant here, everyone so friendly, kind and put us both at ease. After my daughter refused treatment previously, she went through with it at Abbey House Dental and said they were so lovely. Which they were. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've just started a course of treatment, and my 1st 2 visits have already taken away my life long fear of dental treatment, which stems from bad experiences as a kid in the 1970s.The treatment I had was painless and stress free, the dentist and nurse are kind, considerate and caring. My experience with my dentist was outstanding. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I stepped in. I genuinely thought I would require a tooth extraction as had happened with previous dentists but that was not necessary. Their emergency private consultation charge was the cheapest and their service the best I've received.I would highly recommend this dental practice, it totally deserves a 5 star rating.

As someone who is petrified of the dentist, I can't recommend this practice highly enough. I've only been once and I made another appointment and in no way am I dreading it like I usually would.I was listened to, everything was taken at my pace and made very clear to be so.All of the staff were lovely and very understanding of my fear.They explained everything to me fully and I left feeling very proud of myself and happy with my choice of dentist.

I used this dental practice recently for an emergency appointment following a fractured tooth that became unbearable! Me and my anxiety regarding dentists was made easy when I contacted this dental practice for an emergency appointment and was introduced to Samantha who answered the phone , she was fantastic , reassuring and the absolute perfect person I needed to speak to as I couldn’t be more nervous and scared prior to making the emergency appointment. Samantha offered me an appointment same day that suited perfectly and the entire process was as fantastic as it could have gone . All of the staff inside of the clinic were polite and friendly, unfortunately I didn’t get their names but everyone was lovely. Highly recommend and thanks again Samantha for all of your efforts . I went yesterday as a new private patient with a raging toothache. I filled in the online form during the night and was promptly called at 9am offering an emergency appointment for 12:30 same day!I was very nervous, I had not been to any dentists in over 10 years due to a botched extraction in my teens.This place is fantastic. Its not the cheapest, but... you get a service that more than matches the prices.My dentist was Milan and he was amazing. I had to have a root canal and temporary filling and I felt no pain at all. Every step was explained what and why, and I was talked to the whole time to make sure I was comfortable. Milan has actually removed all my dentist fears and I'm not actually worried at all about my return visits to finish the work after my holidays.Thank you Milan, my pain has gone completely today. 👍 See you in August.

I received top class treatment from first contact with the receptionist to completion of my tooth extraction. My dentist (Jas) and his assistant (Holly) are extremely friendly. The whole process was explained very clearly and they are both brilliant at providing a relaxed and reassured experience for the patient. I highly recommend Abbey House Dental practise. The facilities and treatment rooms are also excellent and state of the art.
Appointment was at 11:30 was seen at 12. Didn't provide explanation of delay. It could be improved especially if its your first time and have anxiety about going to the dentist. They had my name wrong, so had to update details. The staff themselves are friendly and welcoming. The dentist was professional. I am a private patient they didn't really talk about prices, felt awkward in discussing treatment options there and then on the spot as not sure how much it is going to cost so I just said I will think about it. Came away with a dental payment plan but doesn't include any extra treatments. I still need to figure out how much a crown or filling will be from their recommendations.It is not very practical to ask them as people can overhear in the reception area. Maybe if they had leaflets on crowns, fillings or extra treatment plan prices, it would be better to have an understanding. I am quite an introvert and shy when it comes to asking talking about prices etc. Plus I really don't like the whole dentist experience. It gives me anxiety. I am glad I went and I am now booked in for further check ups etc.

I visited Abbey House Dental for the first time and I was made to feel so welcome immediately. I have never had a dentist ask about me before it's usually straight into the chair and start the examination. Throughout everything was explained in detail and an accurate treatment plan devised which they were really transparent with. My experience today at Abbey House Dental Practice was excellent from start to finish, reception staff were professional and friendly and fresh and smart looking in appearance with plenty of smiles. I saw Dr. Milan and his dental nurse who were both so welcoming and professional and Dr.Milan listened and understood with great patience and has a friendly and open manner and was very helpful in explaining and sorting my dental problems out for me thank you.The only issue my husband and I had with the layout of the clinic was the shortage of chairs for people to sit on, and felt that two or three more chairs would be very helpful for customers/patients instead of one or two left standing at any one time, especially during slightly busier times.This is the only reason 4 and not 5 stars were given.But thank you for an overall good experience and for helping to keep our teeth and gums healthy.
I would say I have severe dental phobia. I’ve been for my first appointment today with Claire - who immediately put me at ease. In fact everyone - from Megan in new patients and Megan on reception, Becky who I saw before the dentist - were so reassuring and understanding. I’ve booked for the next stage of my treatment and can’t recommend this kind, lovely dental practice more. Well worth the money.
Due to shortage of dentists where I live, I happened to travel long distance in Stone, Staffordshire. Abbey House is a beautiful old charm building with very modern interior, bright and inviting, very clean, and friendly polite staff. As you sit on the dental chair, they have installed at the ceiling an entertainment screen that shows you beautiful breathtaking views of landscapes from around the world. It is not very often one can say I enjoyed going to the dentists. I would recommend this place. A delight. By the way, my teeth do look and feel better. Keep up your good work.
I went to Abbey House for the first time last week for a checkup and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. They have a lady called Becky who is the treatment Coordinator and she was especially lovely. Today I saw the hygienist who was kind and very thorough and then I had a filling removed and replaced by Atta with the assistance of Jess. The whole experience has been amazing. They were both so lovely and they put me totally at ease from the start. I felt no pain throughout the treatment, even though it was a deep filling. Even the injection didn’t hurt. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely 5 stars.

After not seeing a dentist in many years due to major anxiety, I suddenly found myself in a position where I had to get a checkup.Milan was absolutely fantastic, he was extremely welcoming and reassuring throughout the entire appointment.Even though the anxiety is still there, I definitely feel calmer about going to future appointments.

Back In November I contacted Abbey House online and made an enquiry, I knew I had to go to a dentist but due to dental phobia I had neglected my teeth for years. I was messaged by a lovely lady called Megan who talked me through everything and answered my questions, from there I made my first appointment, even at that point I really believed I wouldn’t attend, however I needed too, I had lost all my confidence and was feeling so low. My dentist is Milan and I cannot put into words how lovely and understanding he was. He put me a dental plan together, he explained everything clearly and was so kind. I attended my appointments, received several different treatments and each time it got a little easier, this was purely down to Milan. I now have a restored smile, my confidence back and feel like I have become the person I use to be before I was scared to hide my smile. The whole process was pain free. Recently had my two front crowns replaced by Atta. From start to finish, both him and Katie made me feel relaxed and at ease in each appointment, always explaining what work was being carried out. My new crowns have been completely reshaped and I’ve genuinely never been happier with their appearance. Desrin and Emma visited the children at Manor Hill First School today to highlight the importance of looking after their teeth. They enjoyed learning about foods that are good and bad for their teeth and how to use a toothbrush to make sure they clean their teeth properly. The activities they provided were informative and engaging and when they had finished one of the children said "I'm going to make healthy choices because I don't want my teeth to be rotten" Excellent, we look forward to them visiting again.

I used to have a horrible dentist and was really scared of them. I just thought that was normal as I'd never known any different and my brother recommended Abbey House. Everyone i have seen is lovely and really reassuring (I get really nervous when i see someone new) and they always find time to fit you in, even if they are really busy. During covid I remember them calling and giving me antibiotics over the phone to calm and infection until they could fit me in and and have even took my young daughter as a "just come down straight away and we will take a look at her" when she landed on her front teeth on the concrete. I couldn't recommend them enough, thank you for being amazing!

All the way through covid communication has been excellent, receiving regular updates regarding the service provided and when due for appointments. Always a good service. Staff are friendly, caring and very experienced. The practice is modern and extremely clean and hygienic. Customer care is a priority, they tick all the boxes for me.
Who ever you are dealing with they treat you kindly. The are friendly and give you honest advice. The treatment has always been good. This practice stands head and shoulders above my last dental practice. I have now been with them over seven years, and cant see me changing dentists again. Thank you Abbey House.
All staff are very helpful and welcoming, excellent service. My dentist Bobby put me at ease and explained all of my dentist plan in detail and happy to talk me though any concerns. I no longer feel anxious about visiting the dentist 🙂

Spent whole weekend in pain rang nhs 101 told me ring back Monday spent 3 hours on hold to be told they could not do anything till following day ,Found Abby dental practice on line rang them up they got me in that afternoon they fitted me in and even managed to do a temporary repair on my tooth so I wasn’t in pain any more and to be fair in didn’t even cost that much ,from the reception to the dental nurses right through to the dentist they where all very professional and sympathetic towards me ,I’ve now become a patient there I’m that impressed and would recommend you try these first if your in pain or need dental workMany thanks Niall
I’m very scared of the dentist so looked specifically for a sedation expert when trying to find a new surgery. The staff at Abbey House really put me at ease and made me feel like a valued customer. I’m not scared of going back again for check ups now!

I am extremely nervous about visiting the dentist but I cannot recommend Abbey House enough. My usual dentist Amit is very patient and makes me feel at ease, he is amazing. The other dentists I have interacted with are the same very friendly. The dental nurses again are amazing and very caring and friendly. The receptions are always welcoming and are always helpful. If you are looking for a great dental practice this is the one.
